The condition for arranging a meeting is to pay a deposit. Always 50% of the amount. This is not an additional fee, but a matter of your involvement. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel the meeting. Of course, I understand unforeseen situations, so make a reservation only when you are sure that you can meet. If I cancel the meeting (It happened once in three years when I got the flu), I will return the entire deposit to you.
